Although I’m not currently residing in the Quaker state, I can’t help but feel that I’m one of those you had in mind when you mentioned nervous Phillies fans back in PA. Do we have a race in the NL East? Perhaps, though I like my Fightin’ Phils chances, to be honest. While the Phillies pitching may not scare anyone to death, the Mets pitching is kinda old, no? Can you say “disabled list”? I wish I could assure you that the Mets recent win streak has “put me uptight,” but this group of Phillies always plays better in the second half of the year…Glad to see Mets fans enjoying summer again after last year’s events, though. Get back on that horse!
